Refund policy

Goods Purchased

A full refund will be given within 14 days for goods purchased that are unused, in their original packaging and re-saleable. We are not responsible for return delivery costs and these will be only be refunded if the goods are faulty. In the unlikely event you should you wish to return an item because you deem it to be faulty you must cover the postage costs of return. Once the item has been examined by us and we agree with your claim we will refund both the return postage and the original cost of the item

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SUPPLY KITS FOR RESALE if you purchase one of our kits from another retailer this will NOT be genuine.

Workshop Cancellations

We are unable to offer refunds but you are welcome to send someone in your place - just email or ring the shop and let us know the name of your replacement.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable. We do appreciate that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may mean they cannot be used and we are happy for them to be transferred to a friend.

If you need to cancel a workshop

If you are unable to attend your booked workshop and it’s more than 14 days in advance of the start date, then we can offer a transfer to the same or a different course on an alternative date, providing there are places available or a course is planned for the future. This must be taken up within twelve months of the date of the original workshop and no further changes can be made.

If cancellation is within 14 days of your workshop you are very welcome to attend an alternative workshop to the same value at short notice. To do this keep an eye on which workshops are coming up and email me NO EARLIER THAN ONE DAY prior to the workshop date, if we have still have a space the day before the workshop you will be very welcome to attend, no refunds for price differences can be made but we are happy to carry any workshop credit forward to another short notice booking.

You are also of course welcome to send someone else to attend your booked workshop in your place – please email us or ring the shop with their name andcontact details :)

Our right to cancel a workshop

Should we need to cancel a workshop due to reasons for which we are responsible (staff illness, etc) we will initially offer you a choice of alternative dates for you to choose from, if we cannot find an alternative date we will offer you a refund of the value of your workshop ticket only. We cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs incurred.

If the workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances of which neither parties have no control we will offer you alternative dates or a credit note against any workshop in the future which will have NO EXPIRY DATE.

We will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel or abandon any event without notice and without liability for compensation and/or damages other than the maximum of the ticket price.
