Shipping policy

DELIVERY & RETURNS

We aim to process and despatch orders received by 2pm the same (working) day. We will do our best to process and send orders received after 2pm but these may not be posted until the next working day. All orders are posted Monday to Friday.

Our standard delivery is Royal Mail 48 hour service (RM aim to deliver this service within 2 working days but his is not guaranteed)

We offer the option on the website to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 hour service (RM aim to deliver this service within 1 working day but this is not guaranteed)

If you require guaranteed next day delivery or similar please email us asap to arrange, there will be an additional charge for this but we will do our best to keep this as low as possible

Standard RM 48 hour delivery is FREE on all orders over £55 to UK Mainland, Jersey and Guernsey. If you would like to upgrade to RM 24 hour delivery please email us asap, there will be an extra charge for this but we will do our best to keep this as low as possible

International Orders

Orders may be subject to import duties/taxes/custom charges. These are raised once the parcel has reached its destination and it is the purchaser’s liability to pay these; in addition it is the purchaser who is classed as the importer and thereby responsible for complying with all regulations applied to the country into which the goods are imported. We are not responsible in any form for these charges, duties and liabilities

Goods not received

We recommend in the first instance the purchasers checks their local sorting office/neighbours in case they have taken receipt of the products.

Please email us or contact through our website if a parcel has not been received within a reasonable amount of time, we will check the tracking but the standard RM 24/48 service only shows when the parcel has been delivered. Please be aware that we have to wait 10 working days after the expected delivery date before we can claim compensation for missing goods; no later than 80 days after the goods were posted.

Damaged Goods

Please ensure you check all the goods on receipt. Damaged goods must be reported by email within 3 working days of receipt – please provide photographic evidence so that we are able to claim compensation from the delivery company. We will of course replace the items at no extra delivery cost to the purchaser

Returning Items

To arrange a return for exchange or refund the purchaser should email us or contact us through our website WITHIN 8 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. Once the return has been accepted the purchaser has a further 14 days to return the goods. These must be returned at the purchaser’s expense, if the item is faulty we will refund the postage cost of return. An exchange or refund of the original purchase price will be issued within 14 days of receipt of return. Returns will only be accepted if they are in a resaleable condition in their original packaging. Please retain proof of postage. This does not affect your statutory rights. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receipt.

International Delivery

THE FOLLOWING RATES ARE AN APPROXIMATE COST TO ENABLE YOU TO QUICKLY AND EASILY ORDER ONLINE, ONCE YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED WE WILL CALCULATE THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICE. IF THE PRICE IS LOWER WE WILL REFUND ACCORDINGLY, IF THE PRICE IS HIGHER WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH THE OPTION TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE OR CANCEL/REFUND YOUR ORDER

MANY OF OUR 2D PICTURE KITS, ETC WILL FIT INTO A LARGE LETTER PACKET - YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PARCEL AMOUNT ON ORDER BUT WE WILL THEN REFUND THE DIFFERENCE IF WE CAN FIT INTO A Large Letter Packet (up to 100g)

This price applies to many of our supplies only and 2d picture kits and orders of up to 50g of wool (it will come as flat batts)
