I have been commissioned to make a portrait for a friend, but didn't have the correct colours. I decided to try this colour matching service as there are no wool shops local to me and it's hard to choose the exact colours on a screen. Well, the delivery was quicker than I expected and when I opened the box I was pleased to discover a really good amount of each colour wool and the colours looked absolutely spot on. I would highly recommend this service if you don't have the correct wool colours. Definitely worth the full five stars!
I have used the colour matching service three times now and I was highly impressed with the whole package. Everything is superb from the lovely, helpful Daisy to the fibres and colour shades, packaging and delivery. Your fibres come in a box all labelled. You also get a printed copy of the photo you send in, which in my case was better than my original. It saves buying lots of different fibres you may not use again. Also, it's difficult to get the correct shade you want buying online. I intend to re-use the box to put my finished picture in. This is one of my new favourite shops.

We match your photo and provide a combination of 12 colours of carded 'Maori' short fibred New Zealand felting wool (27 microns) mini batts (approx 4g per batt). If we can detect more than 12 colours in your image we may alter the amounts to include extra colours.
Piece A4 water soluble paper and a printed black and white copy of the image provided can be added on.
These are used to create your own template and guide. Image is resized so that the main focus is approx 5" wide and high, so that final project can fit into a 6" hoop.
This is IDEAL for PET PORTAITS.
Once purchased please reply to your email order confirmation with a clear digital image for us to use to colour match as accurately as possible.
Please note the colour match can only be as accurate as the image provided.
